INSTRUCTIONS
WHCA uses Pay Pal, which is owned by eBay, to process membership fees. PayPal is the largest online payment system. It is a safe and secure environment to process online transactions.
Click on the Pay Pal button below to begin processing your membership fee. You will be taken to the Pay Pal website where you can pay with your credit card or if you have a Pay Pal account, you can submit your donation through your Pay Pal account.
